Day two continues for Logan County Sheriff's Office, as they expand their perimeter search for a missing elderly man. Franklin Short was last seen at 4:00PM wearing camouflage shirt and camouflage pants, he was traveling on foot near Charter Oak and Midwest Blvd.
Logan County Sheriff's Office tells us franklin has dementia.
Sheriff officials are asking to check any sheds, garages and any other outdoor buildings to see if franklin could be taking shelter due to the weather.
